Mount Isa Airport operates on the following schedule;

Saturday
0900 - 1230
Sunday
1130 - 1400
1600 - 1900

Meeting Rooms

The terminal houses a Boardroom that can be utilised for meetings provided security and safety measures are adhered to. Bookings are essential and can be made by contacting the Airport General Manager.

Functions & Catering

External catering will be the responsibility of the hirer.

Banking

EFTPOS is available from the kiosk with a minimum purchase of $5.00.

Public Amenities

Men’s and Ladies toilets and a Parents Room are located inside the terminal with facilities for wheelchair access.

The Parent’s Room provides a change table, wash basin and nappy disposal.

Telephone

A Public Telephone is located in the terminal and is coin operated.

Luggage

Luggage is not to be left unattended at Mount Isa Airport due to strict security regulations. Please note that there are no locker or luggage trolley facilities at the airport.

Lounges

The arrival check-in counters are located on the main concourse of the terminal. To enter the Departure lounge, passengers will pass through security screening after they check in and have obtained a boarding pass.

Passengers only are allowed beyond the security screening point, into the Departure Lounge.

Please note that there is no Qantas Club Lounge facility at Mount Isa Airport.

Shopping & Dining

The Airport offers a gift shop, bar, and cafe serving hot and cold beverages and light refreshments.

The Concessionaire/Kiosk opening times correspond with arrivals and departures. It is in the terminal before passing through security into the departure lounge.
